Brand Work Desk overview¶
The Brand Work Desk is your post-login Home and the daily hub for working a single brand. It pulls one brand's tasks, threads, orders, shipments, and knowledge into one screen so you can see what needs attention. Everyone uses it, whether you are a 3PL operator or a brand user.
Who can use this
The Brand Work Desk is available to all roles. Everyone can open a brand, switch brands, and pin favorites. You only see the brands you have access to. A few actions behind it — for example, creating a brand — depend on your permissions and are flagged inline.

Overview¶
The Brand Work Desk opens to one brand at a time. Open it from Home in the navigation (on mobile it is the Home footer tab). From here you can:
- See the brand's open work grouped into sections: Work (Open Tasks, Threads), Orders (Orders on Hold, Orders on Backorder), Shipping (Open Inbound Shipments, Unreviewed Shipping Errors), and Info (Knowledge, Timeline).
- Switch to a different brand at any time from the brand name at the top.
- Pin a brand so it appears in the sidebar for one-click access.
Some screens label a brand as a Group (for example the brand picker and the Create Group button) — "Group" and "brand" mean the same thing. The Brand Work Desk was previously called "Support" or "My Brands"; those routes now open the Brand Work Desk.
For everything you can do once a brand is open, see Working a brand.
Choose which brand you are working on¶
The brand name and logo at the top of the Brand Work Desk is also the brand switcher. Use it to change which brand the Work Desk is showing.
- Select the brand name at the top of the Brand Work Desk (it shows a chevron). The Select brand panel opens.
- Type in Search groups... to filter, or scroll the list. Brands are grouped by bundle, then by Unread and Other.
- Select a brand to load its Brand Work Desk.
On desktop the picker opens as a side panel; on mobile it opens as a full-screen panel. Brands with unread messages show a dot next to their name.

Return to your last brand¶
The Brand Work Desk remembers the last brand you viewed. When you open Home, it takes you straight back to that brand's Work Desk so you can pick up where you left off.
If you no longer have access to that brand (for example it was reassigned), the Brand Work Desk forgets it and shows the empty state instead, so you can choose a brand you can still see.
Understand the empty state¶
When the Brand Work Desk has no brand to show — you have not opened one yet, or your last brand is no longer accessible — it shows an empty state with the Select brand panel built in. The panel is the empty state, so you can pick a brand right away without an extra step.
- From the empty state, use Search groups... or browse the list to find a brand.
- Select the brand to open its Brand Work Desk.
If you do not belong to any brand yet, the panel shows No groups yet. Ask a workspace admin to add you to a brand, or create one if you have permission (see below).

Pin a brand for quick access¶
Pinning a brand adds it to the sidebar under the main navigation, so you can jump to it in one click without opening the picker each time.
- Open the Select brand panel and find the brand.
- Select the ... (more) button on the brand's row to open its menu.
- Choose Pin to sidebar. To remove it, open the same menu and choose Unpin from sidebar.
You can also use the star button next to the brand name at the top of the Brand Work Desk to add or remove the current brand from your favorites.
Note
Pinning is per person — pinned brands appear in your sidebar only and do not change what teammates see. The Pin to sidebar option in the picker menu is available on desktop.
Organize brands into bundles¶
If you work several brands, you can group them into bundles so the Select brand panel stays tidy. Bundles are collapsible sections in the picker.
- Open the Select brand panel and select the ... button on a brand's row.
- Choose Move to bundle and pick a bundle, or choose Create new bundle to make one.
- To take a brand out of a bundle, open the same menu and choose Remove from bundle.
Add a brand¶
Admin only
Creating a brand is an admin-only action. The Add Group button only appears if you have permission to create brands.
If you have permission to create brands, you can add one without leaving the Brand Work Desk. Creating a brand is an admin-only task.
- Open the Select brand panel.
- Select Add Group (or Add your first group if you have no brands yet).
- Fill in Group Name and any optional details, then select Create Group. The new brand opens in the Brand Work Desk.
For more on managing brands, see Brands.
Common questions¶
What is the Brand Work Desk? It is your Home and the daily hub for one brand. It brings that brand's tasks, threads, orders, shipments, and knowledge together on a single screen so you can work it without jumping between areas.
Why is my Work Desk empty? The Brand Work Desk shows the empty state when you have not opened a brand yet, or your last-viewed brand is no longer accessible. Use the built-in Select brand panel to pick a brand. If you see No groups yet, you are not in any brand yet — ask an admin to add you.
How do I choose which brand I am working on? Select the brand name at the top of the Brand Work Desk to open the Select brand panel, then search or browse and pick a brand. The Work Desk reloads for that brand.
Why does the picker say "Group" instead of "brand"? "Group" is just an on-screen label for a brand — they mean the same thing. See Brands overview.
How do I get a brand into my sidebar? Pin it. Open the Select brand panel, select the ... button on the brand's row, and choose Pin to sidebar (or use the star button at the top of an open brand). Pinned brands show in your sidebar for quick access.
