Brand ↔ WMS mapping¶
Connect each brand to the matching customer account in your warehouse (ShipHero) so Packr knows which warehouse data belongs to that brand. You do this on the Integrations page, in the Brand Warehouse Mapping section.
Admin only
Brand-to-warehouse mapping is an admin-only task. Only workspace admins (3PL admins) see the Brand Warehouse Mapping section and can save mappings.
Overview¶
Your warehouse (ShipHero) groups orders and inventory under separate customer accounts — one per brand it ships for. Packr can only show a brand's orders, inventory, and shipments after you tell it which customer account that brand maps to. The Brand Warehouse Mapping section lets you pick a customer account for each brand and save it. Until a brand is mapped, it shows no warehouse data.
This section appears only after your WMS is connected. If you have not connected yet, see Connect your WMS first. Mapping is admin-only.
Map a brand to its WMS customer account¶
The Brand Warehouse Mapping section lists every brand in your workspace with a dropdown of available WMS customer accounts. Mapping a brand is admin-only.
- Go to Settings -> Integrations.
- Confirm you see WMS Connected at the top. The Brand Warehouse Mapping card appears below it.
- Find the brand you want to map in the list. Each row shows the brand name and its current status (Unmapped or the mapped account name).
- In that row, open the -- Select Account -- dropdown and choose the matching customer account. Accounts list by name (and email, where available).
- Select Save on that row. The status updates to the account name once the mapping is stored.
Repeat for each brand. You can change a brand's mapping at any time by picking a different account and selecting Save again.

Why mapping determines a brand's warehouse data¶
Mapping is what links a brand in Packr to its records in your warehouse (ShipHero). The customer account you choose is used to filter every warehouse view for that brand.
- A correctly mapped brand shows the orders, inventory, and inbound shipments tied to its customer account.
- An Unmapped brand shows no orders and no inventory, because Packr has nothing to filter on.
- Changing the mapping changes which account's data appears under that brand — so map carefully and double-check the account name.
The same mapping powers the Brand Work Desk and the WMS views (orders, inventory, inbound shipments) for that brand.
Tips¶
Tip
Map every brand right after you connect your WMS. New brands are Unmapped until you assign an account, so they look empty even though the data exists in the warehouse.
Note
A brand is the same thing the Directory screen calls a Group. The mapping list uses the brand name, so match it to the corresponding warehouse customer account by name.
Troubleshooting¶
- No accounts in the dropdown. If the section shows "No WMS customer accounts found," your WMS credentials may not have access to the child (customer) accounts. Reconnect using a warehouse-level ShipHero login that can see all brands. See Connect your WMS.
- A brand still shows no data after mapping. Confirm you mapped it to the right account and selected Save (the status should read the account name, not Unmapped). New warehouse data can also take time to appear — see Syncing and freshness.
- Wrong data under a brand. The brand is likely mapped to the wrong customer account. Pick the correct account in the dropdown and select Save.
Common questions¶
How do I link a brand to ShipHero? On Settings -> Integrations, in the Brand Warehouse Mapping section, choose the brand's customer account from its dropdown and select Save. This is admin-only.
Why is a brand showing no orders or inventory? The most common cause is that the brand is still Unmapped. Open the Brand Warehouse Mapping section, assign the brand its customer account, and save. If it is already mapped, the data may still be syncing — see Syncing and freshness.
What is a customer account? A customer account is the per-brand grouping your warehouse (ShipHero) uses to separate one brand's orders and inventory from another's. Mapping points a Packr brand at the right customer account so only that brand's warehouse data shows.
Can a brand user change its own mapping? No. Brand-to-warehouse mapping is admin-only — only workspace (3PL) admins see the Brand Warehouse Mapping section.
Do I need to map every brand? Yes, for any brand whose warehouse data you want to see. An unmapped brand shows no orders or inventory until you assign it a customer account.
