Packr Documentation¶
Available to all roles
This overview applies to everyone in Packr. What you can see and do is scoped to your workspace and the brands assigned to you, and some setup tasks (such as connecting a WMS) are admin only.
Welcome to Packr. Packr is a multi-brand operations platform that brings your warehouse data, tasks, knowledge, and AI assistant together in one place, so 3PL operators and the brands they serve can work from the same source of truth. Whatever your role, you work from the same place.

Overview¶
Packr is built for both sides of a fulfillment relationship:
- 3PL operators run warehouse operations across many brands from a single workspace.
- Brand users see their own orders, inventory, and inbound shipments without needing access to anyone else's data.
With Packr you can review orders and shipping errors, track inventory and inbound shipments, manage tasks, ask Pax (the Packr AI assistant) questions about your operation, store reference material in Knowledge, collect customer feedback, and collaborate in channels and notes. Your view is always scoped to your workspace and the brands assigned to you.
Find your way around¶
Packr keeps its main areas in the left sidebar. The labels you see there map directly to the sections of this documentation.
- Home (the Brand Work Desk) is your landing page and the hub for working a single brand.
- Tasks is where you create and track work, like a shared to-do list or ticket queue.
- Knowledge holds reference articles (Context) and uploaded files (Drive).
- Feedback lets you build surveys and review responses.
- Directory lists people (Users) and brands (Brands).
- Settings covers your company and integrations, including connecting your WMS.
The top bar adds Search (or press Cmd/Ctrl + K), a Create menu for new tasks, users, orders, and inbound shipments, the Pax AI assistant, Bookmarks, and an Activity bell for notifications.

Work a brand from the Brand Work Desk¶
The Brand Work Desk (its sidebar label is Home) is where most day-to-day work happens. From here you open a brand to see its orders, shipping errors, inventory, inbound shipments, and conversations in one focused view.
- Sign in and you land on the Brand Work Desk.
- Pin your most-used brands so they appear in the sidebar for quick access.
- Select a brand to open its Brand Work Desk and start reviewing its activity.

Manage your warehouse and orders¶
Packr connects to your warehouse system (your WMS, such as ShipHero) so orders, inventory, and inbound shipments stay in sync. Use the warehouse areas to review orders, resolve shipping errors, monitor stock levels, and track incoming goods.
Admin only
Connecting a WMS is an admin-only task, set up once per workspace.
To get warehouse data flowing, an admin uses Connect WMS on the integrations screen. After that, everyone with brand access can review the synced data. Learn more in the Warehouse (WMS) overview, Orders, and Connecting your WMS.
Ask Pax, the Packr AI assistant¶
Pax is the Packr AI assistant. Open it from the sparkle button in the top bar to ask questions about your orders, inventory, and shipments in plain language, or to have it take actions on your behalf.
- Select the Pax AI assistant button in the top bar.
- Type a question, like "How many orders are on hold for this brand?"
- Review the answer, and continue the conversation or ask Pax to take an action.

Tips¶
Tip
Press Cmd/Ctrl + K anywhere in Packr to open Search and jump to a brand, order, task, or person quickly.
Note
If you belong to more than one workspace, switch between them using the workspace switcher at the bottom of the sidebar. Your brands, notifications, and Pax history all follow the workspace you are in.
Common questions¶
What is Packr? Packr is a multi-brand 3PL and brand operations platform. It combines warehouse data (orders, inventory, inbound shipments), tasks, a knowledge base, customer feedback, collaboration tools, and the Pax AI assistant in one workspace. See Getting started.
Where do I start? Sign in, and you land on the Brand Work Desk (the Home page). From there, read Getting started and Navigating Packr, then open a brand to begin working.
Is Packr for 3PLs or for brands? Both. 3PL operators run multiple brands from one workspace, while brand users see only their own data. Your access is scoped to your workspace and the brands assigned to you. See Brands.
How do I get my orders and inventory into Packr? An admin connects your warehouse system (your WMS, such as ShipHero) once per workspace. After that, data stays synced. See Connecting your WMS.
