Supported WMSs¶
Packr connects directly to your warehouse management system (WMS) and keeps orders, inventory, and shipments in sync. This page lists every WMS Packr integrates with and exactly what each integration supports.
Overview¶
ShipHero is supported in production today.
The matrix below shows what each integration can do. Full support means the capability works end to end, exactly as described elsewhere in these docs. Partial or derived support means the capability is available but computed indirectly or with limitations — the notes under the table explain each case. To connect a supported WMS, see Connecting your WMS.

Common questions¶
Which WMS platforms does Packr support today? ShipHero is supported in production. See Connecting your WMS to link your account.
What does the ◐ (partial or derived) mark mean? The capability is available, but Packr computes it indirectly rather than reading it straight from a WMS endpoint — for example, shipping methods derived from the shipping lines on your orders. The numbered notes under the matrix explain each case. Day to day it behaves like any other synced data.
My WMS isn't listed — can Packr support it? Packr's integration layer is built to add WMS vendors, and new platforms go through the same capability review shown on this page. Contact your Packr representative to talk about your WMS.
